This best selling folding aluminium transit wheelchair has now been updated. The Z-Tec 601X is now available in 4 colours red, blue silver or champagne. The folding wheelchair is excellent value for money and includes swing away removable footrests, fold down backrest for easy access, storage and transport. The chair has a secure seat belt side skirts, heel loops and attendant brakes for additional safety.

This aluminium transit wheelchair is designed for everyday use. The chair comes as standard with swing away removable footrests, fold down backrest and a useful back pocket . The Z-Tec 601X has solid front and rear tyres eliminating the inconvenience of potential punctures. Although extremely light at just 13 Kgs, this wheelchair is incredibly strong and will support users up to 116 Kgs

What counts as a long-term illness or disabled? For VAT purposes, you have a long-term illness or are disabled if you meet any of the following conditions:
you have a physical or mental impairment which has a long-term and substantial adverse effect upon your ability to carry out everyday activities
you have a condition that the medical profession treats as a chronic sickness, such as diabetes
you are terminally ill.

So if you don't qualify if you are elderly but otherwise able-bodied, or if you're only temporarily disabled or incapacitated.You don't have to physically buy the goods in person. If your parent, guardian, wife or husband buys the goods and services for you, then you will not be charged VAT.
